Service Description
Mad Max Quads provides guided quad-bike adventure tours in the Bela Crkva area, Vojvodina, Republic of Serbia, near the Romanian border. All services depart from Bela Crkva.
We offer guided quad-bike tours only. An experienced guide leads every session on a fixed route; participants ride the quad themselves but follow the guide. Tour durations are 1 to 5 hours. We do not offer vehicle hire, self-drive hire, or family/junior sessions.
All packages include safety equipment (helmet, gloves, helmet liner) and a pre-departure safety briefing.
Payment Methods
We accept all validly presented payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard. All types of valid payment cards and payment methods are treated equally, without favouring or marginalising specific card brands or payment methods.
The payment option on the site is labelled "Platna kartica" ("Payment card"). Payments are processed via SIA VPOS in partnership with OTP Banka Serbia.

Privacy Policy
On behalf of MAD MAX QUADS, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the data necessary to operate and to provide a quality service, and we process it lawfully and transparently. The data we collect includes personal data (name, email, phone, address) and technical data (IP address, cookies) used to ensure the site functions correctly.
Collected data is used to process bookings, deliver services, send promotional notifications, and improve the customer experience. All customer data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need it to perform their duties.
We process customer data on the basis of consent, to fulfil our legal obligations, or on the basis of the merchant's legitimate interests. The customer has the right to withdraw consent for marketing activities at any time, including unsubscribing from mailing lists or refusing to participate in marketing campaigns.
Customers have the right to access their data, request correction, deletion or transfer, and to restrict processing. All MAD MAX QUADS staff (and business partners) are responsible for upholding privacy principles.
In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.

Complaints Policy
You may submit a complaint within two (2) years of the purchase of the service.
- Complaints are submitted in writing to hello@madmaxquads.rs or by phone on +381 64 1442818.
- We will reply to a complaint within 8 days of receipt.
- A complaint will be resolved within 14 days.
- If a complaint is upheld, the merchant covers any return costs. If unfounded, the customer covers them.
- For services: if the service does not match what was booked, contact us within 24 hours of execution.
Refund Policy
When refunding a customer who paid by card, in part or in full and regardless of the reason, MAD MAX QUADS is required to issue refunds exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods. The bank will, on the merchant's request, refund the funds to the customer's payment-card account.

U slučaju vraćanja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, MAD MAX QUADS je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC, Maestro i Dinacard metoda plaćanja, što znači da će banka na zahtev prodavca izvršiti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika platne kartice.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to: personalised services, and services that have been performed in full before the 14-day period expires (e.g. a tour that has already been completed).

Service Delivery & Limitations
Because we sell an on-location experience rather than physical goods, "delivery" means booking confirmation and execution of the service:
- Booking confirmation is sent by email immediately after a successful payment.
- All tours operate from Bela Crkva, Vojvodina, Republic of Serbia.
- Tours are not available outside our location.
- Seasonal and weather limitations apply.
- Customer cancellation: bookings may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund. Under 24 hours, no-show, or arriving more than 15 minutes late — no refund (see section I).
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD). For informative display in other currencies the National Bank of Serbia mid-rate is used. The amount your card is charged will be expressed in your local currency at the rate used by the card-scheme organisations, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there may be a slight difference from the original price shown on our site and the amount that appears on your card statement.
