Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund — 48+ hours notice

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.

Partial refund — 24 to 48 hours notice

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund — under 24 hours or no-show

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are non-refundable. Article 37 of Serbia’s Law on Consumer Protection exempts recreational services booked for a specific date from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

Weather & safety

Tours run in light rain — we provide ponchos. We will only cancel for genuinely unsafe conditions (severe storms, flooding, extreme heat, dangerous winds). If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, and we will contact you no later than 3 hours before departure.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original card via OTP Banka and typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

On-tour terminations

No refunds once the tour has commenced, including early terminations for safety violations, intoxication, or rider preference.

Complaints procedure

Any complaints must be submitted in writing to bookings@madmaxquads.rs within 8 days of the tour date. We will respond within 8 days of receipt as required by Serbian Law on Consumer Protection. If unsatisfied, you have the right to contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection at poverenik.rs.

Withdrawal form

Under Article 37 of Serbia's Law on Consumer Protection, recreational services booked for a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right. The form below is provided for transparency in line with OTP Banka's IPM requirements.
